Team chat

The Chat tab is where you talk to your team and your AI. The Send to control decides who reads each message.

Choose who gets your message

Send to	Who reads it
Team	Everyone in the session.
My AI	Your own AI. It's private to you.

While sending to Team, you can reach your AI without switching:

Start a message with @ai to ask your AI.
End a request with @agent to hand it to your AI, which can change files. Send to switches to My AI for your next messages. Switch back to Team to talk to people only.

These buttons sit above the message box. Hover over any of them to see its name.

Control	What it does
Effort menu	Sets how hard your AI thinks. See Effort.
Document button	Starts writing the shared reference.
List button	Runs triage. Only the owner can use it.
Circle button	Syncs the file you have open.
Image and paper clip buttons	Attach an image or a file.
Speaker button	Starts macOS dictation.
